We are running a limited Fitness Class Timetable over the Christmas holiday period, please see below:

Patrons must be a minimum age of sixteen years to take part in Fitness Classes.  However, we have two classes on our Timetable which cater especially for younger teens.

Teen Spin is on every Wednesday and Friday at 4:30pm and costs €2.50 per Class (thirteen years to nineteen years).
